How Do I Delete My Account?

This article provides instructions for deleting a Transferology® account. Once an account is deleted, it (and the data within) cannot be recovered. A new account will need to be created to use Transferology again.

To delete a Transferology account:

  1. Select the profile menu towards the top-right of the screen.
    • The user's first name will appear.
  2. Select Edit Profile.

  1. The Profile tab displays by default. Select the remove your account hyperlink in the bottom far-right of the screen.

  1. A confirmation pop-up will note that you are about to remove your account.
    1. Select Yes to proceed with deleting the account.
    2. Or select No to return to the profile.

Message reads warning you are about to remove your account. Would you like to proceed? Users can select two buttons - No or Yes.

  1. A second pop-up will note that deleting the account means that all courses, programs, contact information, and other personal information will be removed forever.
    1. Select Yes to proceed with deleting the account.
    2. Or select No to return to the profile.

Text reads warning this means any and all courses, programs, contact info, and other personal information will be removed forever. Do you wish to proceed?

Confirmation Email

After the submission, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating that the individual's account has been removed from Transferology. If the user did not initiate the account deletion, instructions are provided to contact support@transferology.com.
