How Do I Delete My Account?
This article provides instructions for deleting a Transferology® account. Once an account is deleted, it (and the data within) cannot be recovered. A new account will need to be created to use Transferology again.
To delete a Transferology account:
- Select the profile menu towards the top-right of the screen.
- The user's first name will appear.
- Select Edit Profile.
- The Profile tab displays by default. Select the remove your account hyperlink in the bottom far-right of the screen.
- A confirmation pop-up will note that you are about to remove your account.
- Select Yes to proceed with deleting the account.
- Or select No to return to the profile.
- A second pop-up will note that deleting the account means that all courses, programs, contact information, and other personal information will be removed forever.
- Select Yes to proceed with deleting the account.
- Or select No to return to the profile.
Confirmation Email
After the submission, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating that the individual's account has been removed from Transferology. If the user did not initiate the account deletion, instructions are provided to contact support@transferology.com.
