Can I Import Courses into Transferology?

Several colleges and universities have worked with CollegeSource to allow students to import courses from their student information system directly into Transferology®. When available, students will see the Import your courses link when adding courses within Will My Courses Transfer?.

If the Import your courses link does not appear, this option is unavailable for the school selected.

To import courses:

Select the Import your courses link.
A message will appear noting that you are about to leave Transferology to import your courses. Once you have completed this import, you will need to refresh your page to see your imported courses. An estimate will be given as to how long the import will take.

Select Yes to continue.

Log in to the school's portal.
Return to Transferology and reload the page to see your courses.

My Courses. Three courses from a community college appear.

Course code, title, grade, credits earned, and term taken will be imported into Transferology. Grades will appear on audits for institutions that supply them.

Confirmation of the import will appear below:

My Import Requests. Import data, courses imported from, import status, and remove import request fields appear.

If courses do not appear, try refreshing the page again.
