The Program I Ran Isn't Working. What Should I Do?

If you receive an error while running a program:

  • Select % Matches.
  • Choose the school by selecting the % Match.
  • Select Request Information.
  • Within the Custom Message, let the school know of the error received. You can also ask them to send you a degree audit from the program you want to see.

You may also use the Help & Feedback button (select Contact a School) to reach out to the institution.
